"I choose this hotel because of the staff. They are friendly, attentive and well trained! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The hotel is always clean and it’s a joyful atmosphere. I stay here every time I come to Yerevan! I have stayed at more expensive hotels in Yerevan before HIE but since staying here, I have continued coming back and will in the future!
