This property was so modern and upscale. Beautifully decorated and the pictures are exactly what's on line. Right at the beach. It was 8 girlfriends and we all had bathrooms with our rooms and it was a half bathroom downstairs. We ever come back this is where we'll stay. The host sent text and checked on us to see if we needed anything. Loved it

What a wonderful villa with wonderful management!We planned a girls trip to celebrate my 50th birthday and it was fantasticFrom answering questions we had in advance of our trip, giving us tour recommendations, chef recommendations,supermarket recommendations, taxi recommendations, putting food away for us before we arrived allowing us to check in early I couldn’t have asked for moreWe had a few questions during the trip and were able to reach Geraldine with no problemWhile we were initially a little bit nervous that the door would just be left open for us- especially three girls traveling alone - this was momentary anxiety, proved to not be an issueEverything was exactly as promisedPrivate pool, beach just across the street, restaurants, walking distance, beach, chairs, and cooler in the yard… everything was perfect

Geraldine was simply incredible! Super responsive and checked in to make sure we always had everything that we needed and more. The pictures accurately show this beautiful space that was welcoming and beyond relaxing. Also, the private chef from Grapeleaf she recommends is worth every penny! Could not have been more enjoyable. The location is close to everything from the beach, horseback riding, ATVs, etc, We were glad we rented a car as we explored the island on our own and had groceries, etc. Again, we would be put 10 stars if we could!

Amazing Property-Perfect Location to Boca Catalina Beach

Highly Recommend if you have a big group. We stayed here with our family for a week, it was such an awesome location. Walk across the street to Boca Catalina Beach, 1 block from Tres Trapi Beach, 10 min walk to Arashi Beach! The house was immaculate and well laid out, everything you need for a stress-free vacation! Owner was super responsive anytime I had a question, etc. Definitely will be back!

Beyond Expectations

This was our first trip to Aruba and the condo was the centerpiece of a memorable vacation. It started with the upbeat and responsive emails from Ruben that morphed into easy texts upon our arrival. The condo is remarkable - I'd say even better than the pictures - with a great kitchen; great bedrooms with 4.5 baths; and we sat outdoors each evening by the pool and played games in the great space. A cooler and beach chairs were waiting for us by the pool and we used them every day at the beaches. The area feels very safe and is literally 150 yards from Boca Catalina beach; another 250 yards from Tres Trapi beach and a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk from Arashi beach - all with great off-shore snorkeling (and easy to walk and secure a beach canopy with your stuff by 8 a.m.). We rented a car, but saw the public bus stop regularly along the main road. With our car, the restaurants and shops of Palm Beach are 5 minutes away and the Super Food grocery story (that is pretty amazing) is only 10 minutes away. Ruben was a fantastic host throughout our stay and ended it on the last day with a final text, "Just a reminder check-out is at 11 a.m...You are officially still on vacation. We do not expect you to do any chores, so no cleaning!..." That summed up how easy and enjoyable our time was here.

Great all around

Loved the house, pool, location all of it. Master bed comfortable and private. The location is great. Short cab rides away from most everywhere. Beach at end of the street was lovely and not crowded. Had the best time. Love Aruba!

Amazing Aruba stay

Our stay at this property was wonderful. The location has walkable access to Boca Catalina beach which is not only great for swimming but also snorkeling and access to sea turtle viewing. Its a close drive to palm beach for access to restaurants and shopping. Drive up to the nearby lighthouse for a great view and sunset. Aruba has so many amazing excursions to take and this home is the perfect place to stay while visiting. It is fully stocked and even has beach chairs and coolers. It is exactly as pictured, super clean and the lovely pool after a day on the beach was a great way to cool off. The host is immediately responsive with any questions you may have. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already recommended this property to friends.

Vacation with friends

We traveled to Aruba for the first time June 22-29 with a party of 7. The party consisted of 3 teens and 4 adults. The property is just as advertised . Our favorite beach ended up being Boca Catalina. We loved snorkeling with the turtles. This beach is seconds away from the condo. We really enjoy the pool area as well. You really can’t go wrong. We highly recommend and would stay again next time!

Perfect location and property for our visit!

Group of 5 - mothers and daughters, our first visit to Aruba. The property was just as described. Loved that we could walk to the beaches. Even Arashi is only a 10 minute walk. We rented a van to get around to explore. Loved having a pool to come back to for a cool dip in the water. Beach towels and chairs supplied. Ruben, our host, was excellent. He even arranged an UTV rental for us. Please note you cannot take UTVs into the National Park though. Ruben also connected us to SuperCarRental for our van, they picked us up at the airport and took us back for our departure. The location was perfect for us, quiet and outside the bustle of the tourist areas. Very safe. Would definitely return to this property.

Family beach vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Catalina villas property. Very clean, comfortable, air conditioned with all amenities and very close to the beach (Boca Catalina and Arashi). A car is definitely needed to get groceries and go to restaurants. I liked that this place was not in the middle of the bustling palm beach area. Tres trapi is also within walking distance: best place to snorkel with turtles in the morning. Our host Ruben was quick to respond to our questions and helpful with suggestions. Overall, 5+ stars. Would love to stay here again!

First time in Aruba!!!

We enjoyed Aruba and we will come back to this happy island! We love our place in Boca Catalina. We were few minutes walk to the beautiful Arashi and Malmok beaches.Our stay in the house is so comfortable coz it has everything that you could possibly need. It was very clean and spacious! Ruben, is so responsive and attentive to our needs.We love Aruba and we will definitely utilize Boca Catalina Residences again on our return!

Boca Catalina Residences

Property was as advertised on VRBO. They are modern townhomes (currently 4 connected with another 6 being built). Pictures were very accurate. Very clean and modern. Location was pretty good also if you want to be just outside the hotel district a short walk to great snorkelling and Arashi Beach, which was very quiet and nice, with lots of room to park and stretch out on the beach. Eagle and Palm beaches weren't too far away, but were busier and more commercialized with more bars and restaurants. If you like a little quiet but not too far away from the action, this location was great. All major hotels, casinos and restaurants about 5-10 minute drive. The property Manager, Ruben, was outstanding. Addressed everything right away and communicated via What's App immediately. Had no issues with anything working and Ruben provided video instructions for all appliances. Door is tricky to lock, but worked in the end. We read reviews left by others in the Guest Book, and one of the families had issues with party goers where Police had to be called. I would check with the Property Management team to ensure you have neighbours that are either family or more adult to ensure you don't have issues. Recommend Property management team institute a contract sign up sheet requesting all renters names and ages for every booking to protect other renters around the units as they are connected to each other and load music or parties would be a big problem.

Great location for family getaway!

Our family of five enjoyed our stay at this property. It had plenty of room to sleep and play. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and playing in the pool daily. It is a couple minute walk to one beach, and a short drive to another great sandy beach. We rented a car and also drove south for shopping and dinner a couple nights. Ruben was very responsive and provided recommendations in the area. We had one minor issue during our stay and it was addressed and fixed within a couple hours. We would recommend this place to others and loved the memories we made on this vacation in Aruba!

Very nice house and location

We had a great time! The house and the location are excellent. The host is very nice, he had answered all our questions and provided all the info we needed. We asked for extra beach chairs and he provided them.... Check in and check out process was seamless.
