"WELL WORTH IT$$$ I just finished my Trip in Maine. I stayed on few different hotels and Airbnb since May12-May 22 2026. I’ve had some really bad experiences and situations with my recent bookings. I’m making this review first because this is the only place that I can say I had a very good and peaceful experience staying on this property( May15-18th). The staff are very helpful and friendly and they go out of their way to help you with anything. Everything is clean, decent breakfast, kitchenette...

"For a $60 a night price weekday stay as I came in 11:30 pm off Jetport airport. This is a good place to stay in. Easy parking and staff are super efficient and helpful. Very pleased. I had more bad experience on a $300/night I booked in Boston Airport Embassy Suites. Highly recommend this place for the price and the kindness of staff with proper manner and good communications."

"Hotel en renovation, donc beaucoup de va et viens. Plusieurs personnes demeurent la ah long terme. Machine à café en service uniquement le matin. Nous avions booker un studio mais ne vient pas avec les poêlon, roster… seulement 2 assiette, 2 verres et 2 fourchettes. Donc pas pratique si vous voulez pleinement utiliser la cuisine. Le check in était très long, ils semblaient même être over booked… L’hôtel est très propre et neuf. Près d’un Walmart et petits restaurants."

"We did not have a good experience in this Doubletree hotel. We asked for an early check-in, but no room was available. We waited in the Lobby for two hours before our room was ready. We walked into our room, only to find a blood spot on the top sheet of the bed. We called the lobby, and by coincidence, my husband walked outside of the room and saw a woman pushing a housekeeping cart. He asked about the stain and she introduced her self as a supervisor. She walked in and stripped the bed...

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I liked the early evening gathering at the beginning of the evening. But, we were put in a room the was used for people with pets. We did not have a dog. The room smelled like a dog. It was clean but it had a dog smell. It was a nice day out, so we opened the windows. This was the only thing about the hotel that I did not enjoy. Oh one other thing. The fee of $13.00 a night for parking I thought was a little ridiculous also."

"They have a gym, clean and wasn't busy. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool! Had a good variety for breakfast choices. Staff was always friendly and helpful!"

"Storm activity cancelled my flight. The Comfort Inn South Portland team made things effortless and a great value. Shuttle service from and to the airport was convenient - almost no waiting and a 3-minute ride... The staff was professional and courteous - even at 3:30am in the morning."
