"Absolute gem of a hotel! I’ve enjoyed staying on two separate occasions and throughly enjoyed the quality amenities and friendly staff. I’m not going to go into details but there was a rather major mishap/inconvenience on our first stay and I debated bringing it up to management but before I had a chance they let me know they would be covering our entire stay. Lovely view great management and a cozy relaxing atmosphere I hope to enjoy again soon! I’m tempted to write a bad review just to help...

"Nice hotel. Good breakfast! Nice to convene with family in the lobby area! Nearby parks and walking trails! My only complaint is the knee buster towel rack in the front of the sink. Poor design. When you are using the bathroom sink, there is a towel rack on the front of the sink cabinet that hits you in the knees."

"Didn’t like that there was restaurants in hotel rather than breakfast. No microwave in rooms. Got locked out of room day of checkout almost 2 hours before checkout time. Had to have staff reopen it because they couldn’t get me a new a key that worked. Staff was very helpful. Overall stay was good"

"Nothing much in the room, no coffee machine, no tissue box, no conditioner, ice machine is out of order. So inconvenient. "

"Beautiful hotel. Did not receive the room I reserved online. Walls are thin, in my room I could hear the people in lobby along with the music they play over the speakers in the lobby, which was kind of weird. Lots of cute sitting spots around for someone to have a private conversation. Great Starbucks attached to hotel with good breakfast. The restaurant/bar was decent, it did get very crowded and noisy but they have a great outdoor patio. The room was very night and comfortable. "

"Room was filthy and made me sick. Found mold growing behind peeling bathroom wallpaper. After I finally got to the only room they'd offer to switch me to, I found out they downgraded to a queen bedroom from a king without being informed or the price adjusted. As-of this review, they have yet to refund me the difference in price, or for the manager to respond to the mold, spiders, lack of cleanliness, foul room smell (embedded in carpet and curtains) that made my first and primary room during...
