"Incredible location. There’s a reason this hotel has continued to thrive after decades in downtown Chicago. The property itself is old and the rooms could use a refresh—but considering the Sheraton has 1000+ guest rooms and the place was BUSY—I think that the room rate is an incredible value. Housekeeping didn’t come unless I called. There needs to be more places to hang towels if no one is coming to change them daily. The location was nice. We had a nice patio and would’ve lived some chairs out there."
