"This was an overnight stop for our trip to Cape Cod. Last year we stayed at a terrible establishment, and I wanted to make sure we didn't have a repeat of that experience. The only disappointing factor was that I picked this hotel based upon it having a pool for my grandson and granddaughter to go swimming, but it wasn’t open. The woman was nice and gave my grandson a candy bar because he was so disappointed rather than that, it was decent."

"The staff were amazing. I like the idea of the Spark hotels but this one had just opened and has some things to work out. First-they were overdoing cleaning with Fabulosa and our room stunk so bad we had to change rooms-the staff was very accommodating when changing our room. 2-towels were brand new/never washed so when you dried off with the towels you had little white fuzzies all over your body. 3-the floors looked dirty but it was just sloppy construction grout that was caked on the tile...

"The “restaurant” was far from it, at least during our trip. But the staff (Jennifer) was great! At breakfast they said they had no cook. Jennifer saved the day and put together a great complimentary breakfast for the whole hotel! But then for dinner half the menu was scribbled out bc they “ran out of a lot the night before.” Interesting. But they did do their best with what they had and my son and I appreciated it all! "
