"This is a lovely small hotel on a quiet street conveniently located very close to the wonderful covered market . There are a number of small friendly "mom and pop" 'stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was attentive and welcoming. We liked the tea and coffee and juice bars available, and the ramen in the evenings. "Recently stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. The family room was amazing. 1 double, 1 large twin and 2 twin beds, kitchenette, laundry in room. Room very spacious and suited our needs perfectly. Front staff very friendly with really good English. About a 10 min walk from the Kanazawa station but don’t let that deter you. Highly recommended. "We had a wonderful time, our room is comfortable, clean, and surprisingly spacious!! It was very quiet in the evening and overnight, slept well on a comfortable bed. The hotel is very close to the Higashi Chaya District and about a 20 min walk from the station on the flat, so definitely walkable with luggage. "This is a delightful place to stay. Although it is central and convenient for the major tourist attractions, it is quiet. It is also easy to find. Most of all, the staff are welcoming and friendly - so nice to arrive to the smell of homemade granola and roasted sesame seeds! It is rather quaint and interesting. It has a comfortable and nicely designed bar, just right for relaxing after a full day of walking. I would definitely recommend Hotel Pacific Kanazawa."

"Location was good, had stayed at the Matsui gardens hotel over the road previous holiday and it was a nicer space for the same money. The staff at this hotel were lovely as usual from a Japanese hotel but the breakfast options and quality and room atmosphere let the place down. "

"This place was a dream, I had a big room with a beautiful bathtub and the whole place was bliss. The staff spoke great English and were very kind. The Taiwanese breakfast was delicious. "A terrific experience through and through. Excellent, walkable location, close to the castle, Nagamachi, and Kenrokuen in additional to a profundity of shops, cafes and restaurants. The space was new, trendy and very impressively sized, with a clean and modern bathroom. "Neat hotel that offered a traditional style with modern amenities and check in process. The space was great and offered a good separation for our son to have his own bed. The bath was so nice and welcome after a day of walking and sight seeing. The playground in the neighborhood was perfect and we enjoyed dining close by. The walkable distance to the station was great and check in worked fine at the other hotel, they held our bags as we were early. Never figured out the wifi but didn't ask...
