"Good clean rooms with good view of the valley. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices. About 15 minutes walk from the Sapa square, from where you could take the cable car to Fansipan base station. So all in all a good place to stay. Also plenty of restaurants short walk from the 15th floor exit. (The hotel has to exits, one on first floor and the other on the 15th floor which is closer to the restaurants and markets."

"I arrived just past midnight for check in and the staff were so friendly and on hand to help with any questions I had! Breakfast selection is pretty wide but the reminder every 5 minutes that breakfast is ending at 10am whilst eating was a bit annoying. Pool facilities are great but mostly filled with backpackers with day passes, I think there needs to be more exclusive parts for hotel guests because it did feel like a hostel at the pool area. "This hotel is beautiful, from the lobby to the dinning area, and to the room itself. Get the breakfast buffet. Just do it. Also, the shuttle to and from the city center was the cherry on top!"

"Location is great, everything nearby. The only issue is there is a smell coming from the bathroom. I think most hotels have this issue because of the age of the plumbing. We went to 6 hotels and all but one had that smell."
