"Room was clean, not very spacious but that's to be expected in Tokyo. The baths were nice but unfortunately not open air so it was a sweat. Staff were very nice and helped us get to the airport.
This hotel is very convenient to get to via the station, and would recommend for travelers."

"Outstanding apartment style hotel in Tokyo located in a quiet yet very convenient neighbourhood. Staff was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. Room was very spacious with amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and entertainment room. Everything was spotless and like brand new. I highly recommend this hotel if you want somewhere quieter but with lots of amenities and quick access to Ueno, Kanda and Asakusa wards. 5/5 all around!"

"東京駅から歩いて行けます
とても暑い日でしたが、東京駅から高架下を歩いて行く為、涼しくてよかったです
キャリ－ケースもチェックイン前にロッカ－に預けて行けた為、とても助かり ました
夜、ホテルに戻るのが遅くなりましたが、近隣に飲食店も多く（神田方面）食事にも困りませんでした
ホテルのむかえにコンビニもあります
また東京に行った際は利用したいと思います
ミネラルウォ－タ－１本くらいサービスがあったら、良かったかも・・・"

"Hotel was conveniently located about 15min by foot to the train station and close to bus stops. Gym was clean and well maintained. Laundry is available if needed. Hotel has 2 restaurants as well as a bakery for a quick morning breakfast if desired. What was lacking is a small convenience store to purchase drinks/snacks/toiletries since there isn’t one nearby.
Room was efficient and clean but very small. We had the 4 person family room."
