I booked online and it was paid for (confirmation received). On arrival with a 2 month old baby, no one was there to attend to us. After 2 hours of waiting at the property, we finally got to call the owner and property manager, they denied my reservation even though I showed them proof. Needless to say, we had to go search for another place and paid overprice. We had to look for somewhere. Very inhumane. I am hoping to get a refund from Expedia.
