Charming studio in the center of Old Nice located on the 1st floor of a Historical Building.

Completely renovated in 2014 with quality materials and modern facilities: Central air conditioning, home theater, equipped kitchen, mini-bar, Italian shower, sauna, 100% LEDs lighting, wireless broadband.

Ideally located for exploring everything Nice: its curiosities, history, baroque churches, colorful markets.

The studio is located at:
- 50 m from Saleya Course
- 50 m from City Hall
- 50 m from the Prefecture
- 50 m from the Opera
- 100 meters from the Massena Place and the Green Casting
- 100 m from the sea and the Promenade des Anglais
- 500 m from the Castle Hill in Nice and the Old Port
- Access to the tram is 100 m, and the Nice train station is 15 minutes’ walk.

The apartment is surrounded by hundreds of shops and restaurants.

Several parking garages under 1 minutes’ walk.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen complete with a champagne and wine cellar, home theater, air conditioning, underfloor heating, large fitted bathroom in shower, sauna, large 160x200 bed, wardrobe.

This studio is ideally equipped for two people. If 3rd person: baby, child, his sleeping must be provided by you.

Miscellaneous: Evenings allowed, non-smoking lease, no pets, handicapped inaccessible.

For your arrival, Sonia will be present and will accompany you to show you the apartment, its operations and its amenities. With a very good understanding of the city and its surroundings, they can also advise you on the best places to help enhance your stay and also household laundry, concierge service to enjoy your vacation.

The property is as advertised. It is very well appointed with almost everything you need; dishwasher, microwave, stove top, fridge, freezer, fully stocked cooking utensils, air conditioner, washing machine, ironing board and iron. The shower was our only area of concern inside. Luggage racks would have been helpful but there was a generous closet. The location was excellent - in the heart of old town and close to everything. We arrived on a Thursday and the problem was the noise from outside - cars, motorcycles, trucks and people continuing until 4 am - only on the Sunday evening was the street quiet. We recognize this is beyond the owners control. Andre and Sonia were both very responsive and helpful. If you can sleep with earplugs, I would recommend this apartment.

The apartment was so cute and the perfect size. The location was perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants and everything we needed within walking distance. Proximity to the tram line was a bonus. We would totally stay here again.

I give this 3 stars for some reasons that are outside of the owner’s control and some issues we had. I want to start with the good though. This place is steps away from Cours Sayela and everything that goes with it. Rue de Marché is close by and the Monoprix grocery is maybe a 5 minute walk. There’s great street food in the area and also Michelin level places. The communication was probably the biggest hit though. Got a problem? Got an answer. It’s 11:00 pm and you can’t figure something out. The manager responds promptly. The bad part comes here. It is an older building. The pipes don’t have pee traps and vents so the apartment had a bad smell to it when it heated up. We had issues with the AC cutting off every 4-6 hours or so. It was bright at night as well with light coming from the building next door.

A lovely stay in a wonderful part of town. The wife and I spend a few days here and loved it. Easy access to the metro and a fun neighborhood to explore on foot. The unit was clean and stocked with the utensils we needed. Communication with the host was easy and they responded promptly. 10/10 would stay here again.

Location was perfect. It was near just about everything. Restaurants, shops, train stops, the beach. Unfortunately, I found the property was extremely dusty. When I smacked the bed, dust flew up. The restroom had a musty, moldy smell that we were never able to get rid of, and the towels all smelled equally as bad. I ended up buying towels to use while I was there. We tried leaving the door open. In fact the last three days we were there we left the windows cracked open to let some of that smell out. I tried washing them, but it didn’t help much. The windows to the street are wonderful but at night they don’t block out all the noise. It’s extremely noisy. There’s a lot of people partying until all hours of the night and you hear all of it; cars coming by everything. And the curtains let in all the light. I should mention there is a light post right outside the window. My recommendations to the property management would be to invest in blackout curtains, thick enough to blockout the light and cancel a little bit of the noise as well for a better sleep. Only use white linens throughout, the bed linens and the towels in the bathrooom. I worked for Hilton for 15 years white linens, always look cleaner and are more attractive because most of the time you can tell if they’re dirty. The linens on the bed were a brown fitted sheet, no flat sheet, and a red comforter. The towels in the bathroom were dark brown. We also DID NOT reach out to anyone. Maybe they would’ve brought us clean…

Nice Adventure

This apartment is in a fantastic location—less than 2 blocks from the sea and surrounded by restaurants, shopping and historic sights. The neighborhood was very safe. Sometimes you can hear street noise —cars, trucks and revelers, but the closed windows kept it pretty quiet.

Cozy in the heart of Old Nice

Property is exactly as it looks like online, couldn’t have been in a better home with all the extras in this apartment. We were so close to the beach made our little sandwiches and walked over for lunch. The area is very lively which is nice you feel safe. Many places to eat, party and explore around. The apartment itself is also really cute with its big windows. We enjoyed every bit of it the laundry, espresso machine and AC !

Fantastic Old Nice Apartment

My wife and I traveled for a 3 night stay in Nice to attend events at the football stadium and other events in Marseille. The place was very clean, well air conditioned (it was 32-34 degrees outside during our stay), had all the amenities we needed along with an espresso machine! The location was 3 blocks from the beach, easy access to the tram and busses, and only a 3 tram stop to/from Gare Thiers. The host(s) were very responsive and checkin was simple.

I love staying in this apartment as its very central to all amenities. The apartment itself whilst a studio its very large and airy. For me its the small touches that make it better. This is my fourth time in this apartment and it suits me and my husband perfectly.

Clean, well decorated, well appointed Studio with big shower!

My girlfriend and I came to Nice for a short 3-day, 2-night stay at in beautiful Nice. The location is great for proximity to the Sea, shopping, food and nightlife. The Studio is very charming and fits the bill with all you need. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location

Property was clean and in a great location The two bath towels we received have seen one too many summers Asked for a new dish sponge as the one that came with the unit had also seen one too many guests. I t came the day we left. One on the blinds fell down when we tried to use it and the shower unit in the bathroom was broken but we made it work As I said, unit was clean and in a great location and the staff was easy to work with
