This historic grand home is located in the heart of Old Town Niagara on the Lake’s main street and offers travelers a very special experience. It boasts with two queen bedrooms and third bedroom with two twin beds and two full baths.

    Note: Our NOTL Short Term Rental License Number is 096-2018.

    This historic grand home located in the heart of Old Town Niagara on the Lake’s main street and offers travelers a very special experience. It boasts with two queen bedrooms and third bedroom with two twin beds and two full baths.

    The attention to detail, quality workmanship and material is evident throughout the house, from the restored custom cabinetry to the hardwood floors and the restored ornate radiators.

    The veranda and its intricate original trim are still intact and make it a very special place to enjoy a glass of local wine or a BBQ in the heart of the Old Town. Relax anb take in the glorious gardens that surround the property.

    Lake Ontario is only blocks away, as are the Niagara on the Lake’s Queen Street, Niagara Golf Club, many restaurants, and the Shaw Festival Theatre. The home is situated next the Prince of Wales Hotel. On a warm summer day, horse-drawn carriages can be seen parading by from the veranda.

    Original doors with glass open to the home’s foyer, which features a dramatic grand wooden staircase.

    The spacious formal living room with hardwood floors, large windows is adjacent to he formal dining room has also has hardwood floors, double entrance doors at the site of the gamily room and kitchen lead to the gorgeous garden with multiple seating areas and a natural gas BBQ.

    On the second floor, three bedrooms feature hardwood floors and a large bathroom. The master bedroom has queen bed and a walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms have a queen bed and the third with two twins. In addition to the three bedrooms the second level offers an office space that is ideal for the business traveler.

    This beautifully decorated and well-located home is the perfect place to get away from it all. Your host, Mark, is happy to suggest activities and help you explore to make the best of your recommendations for local pubs and restaurants.

Very clean and excellent location! We loved the house and the host was great. Close proximity to excellent wineries or just walk across the street to start shopping and enjoy the restaurants!

This house literally hits all the right notes for a Niagara-on-the-lake vacation. The house has wonderful old school charm. It is beautifully decorated. There are nice patios in the front and back of the house. There is a driveway to park your vehicle. The location is perfect and everything is within walking distance. 1,000/10. We would stay here again.

The house was amazing. Loved the outdoor space for bbqing. Walking distance to everything. We had a small issue with the TV and the owner came over right away. Would definitely stay there again

Perfect location, you park the vehicle and walk everywhere. Friends visited and we enjoyed cocktails on the patio and then dinner at the Prince George hotel just around the corner. Recommend this great comfortable house without hesitation. Thank you

The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The location is close to the downtown area so we didn’t need to drive anywhere. The outside seating areas are perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is very clean. I would recommend Meritage House for a great getaway!!

The host was welcoming and kind. The house was immaculate and comfortable. All the shops and restaurants in historic NOTL are within walking distance. This is my second stay at this house and I hope to make a return trip!

This was in an amazing location. We had such a fun stay and walked to everything. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Very cozy and warm home. They even had a Christmas Tree up!
