Guest Access:
You'll have the whole house. Basement and storage closets stay locked. Your door code is sent before arrival.

The Neighborhood:
This house is in a residential neighborhood on the US side of Niagara Falls, NY, about a 5-minute walk to Niagara Falls State Park, the Aquarium of Niagara and the Niagara Gorge Trail. It's a city neighborhood with older homes, not a resort area, so expect street traffic and city sounds. Grocery stores, restaurants, the Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino and the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls are a short drive away, and Buffalo is about 25–30 minutes by car.

Getting Around:
Most guests drive or use Uber and Lyft. NFTA Metro buses run through the area. Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF) is about 30 minutes by car. The Rainbow Bridge to Canada is a short drive; bring a passport.

Other Things to Note:
- Professionally cleaned between every stay.
- Provided: bed linens, towels, starter toiletries, cookware and dishes. Not provided: food staples such as coffee, sugar, cooking oil and condiments.
- No parties or events. Quiet hours start at 10 PM.
- All guests complete ID verification before we send check-in instructions.
- The person booking must be 21 or older and staying at the property.
