This is a wonderful B and B. There are very attentive and pleasant Owners and staff. The facility, including bedrooms, is very clean and thoughtfully decorated. The breakfast is superb; especially the fruit salad.

Top class B&B with exceptional hosts

This is one B&B we will stay again. We just did not want to leave after our 3 nights. The hosts were amazing and could not have done more for us. A top class B&B with exceptional attention to detail decor, great food and amazing views.

Amazing

We had an amazing getaway at Lazy Waves, thanks to Jayne and Dean exceptional service. From the warm welcome to the breathtaking views and delicious breakfast (and the apples), everything exceeded our expectations. This is by far one of the best B&b we have stay in, there is a well-thought detail in every part of the property and the location is just amazing. We'll definitely be back for another unforgettable stay!

We stayed a week and from the day we arrived to the day we left Jane, Dean and family looked after us really well. Our room was beautiful and the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was out of this world. The location is perfect for anyone wishing to go to the beach, shops and dining out. Also, the bus and railway stations are within easy walking distance. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lazy Waves to anyone wishing to stay in Newquay.

Jayne and Dean are the best hosts you could ever have! They are beyond helpful and just make everything about your stay seamless. The breakfast is amazing!! Plan on having their wonderful breakfast and skipping lunch lol I normally don’t eat breakfast but their fruit bowl is exceptional and my husband loved their full English. Would go back in a heartbeat!!

We’ve just checked out from Lazy Waves and wanted to share our lovely experience. We spent a wonderful weekend here. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the location is perfect- right across from the famous Towan Beach with the iconic house on the island. The owners themselves run the place, which makes a real difference - you can feel the care and warmth in everything. We loved our stay here. Would recommend a sea view room as the views were beautiful. Location was ideal not far from the centre but the B&B was in a nice quiet spot. The hosts Jayne and Dean were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfasts were perfect with lots of choice and lovely fresh food. Would definitely stay here again. The property is beautifully renovated to a very high spec, a mix of traditional and modern. The room we had was fabulous. Extremely clean and well presented. We were given the balcony room which had fantastic views over Towan Beach and into Newquay Harbour. The shower was hot at all times with loads of power too. The staff were super polite and very friendly especially at Breakfast. The breakfast was really lovely, well prepared and lots of choice. Jayne and all her staff were great.

Very enjoyable stay

Had a very enjoyable stay here. First impressions were a very warm welcome and a property that had been very recently upgraded to a high standard. Room was newly decorated, very comfortable and clean with perfect amenities for a long weekend. The honesty bar was a nice touch where we enjoyed drinks overlooking the sea before going out in the evening, and also caught up with other guests. Breakfast was very generous, but also of a very high quality, you very rarely get both, impressive. Jayne, Dean and the rest of the team were very friendly, hospitable, helpful and provided excellent recommendations. Many thanks, I would certainly stay at Lazy Waves B&B again in the future.
