    The outdoor space is perfect for unwinding, featuring a private decking area with seating, ambient lighting, a fire pit table for evenings outdoors, and a hot tub to enjoy in all seasons.

    Inside, the caravan is designed for a cozy stay, with:
    • A comfortable lounge area with electric fire
    • Smart TV with streaming access
    • Mood lighting and soft furnishings
    • A fully equipped kitchen with a wide range of appliances

    Sleeping arrangements:
    • 1 double bedroom
    • 2 twin rooms (4 single beds)
    • Sofa bed in the lounge

     - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 12pm.

     - Smoking is not allowed.

     - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.

     - Pets are allowed at the property.

    - a small extra charge may apply for pets paid before key exchange upon arrival.

    - a security deposit for the use of the hot tub and extra added luxuries in the lodge. Paid before key exchange upon arrival.

    - a small fee for guests sleeping over 6 people any age.
     - additional people over 6 will be charged £40 per person per night paid before arrival.

    Please note: this is a shoes-off property to help maintain the quality of carpets and furnishings for all guests.

What a lovely stay we had. Great location. Cosy and warm. Pet friendly. Lovely hot tub. Nicely furnished and welcoming.

Retreat 69 was absolutely lovely. The caravan is well equipped with everything you need and comfortable and spacious. The hot tub is an added luxury and the fire pit and lights make it really special. Rebecca was a great host with excellent communication replying to messages quickly and answering all our questions. We didn't use other site facilities but it is a great place with lots there. Porth is just a short distance with a great beach. Overall it's just awesome.

A nice caravan in a vary large caravan park on the eastern edge of Newquay. The photo on VRBO has used a little artistic licence - it is surrounded by other caravans. However everything else is as listed. Slightly confusing information on arrival - telling us there is complimentary food etc to use but then saying we will be charged for what we use. It's either complimentary or it's chargeable. A clean caravan, facilities as listed. I would stay again if in the area.
