  • Remodeled historical home with outdoor fire-pit, over 200 feet of navigable water frontage 1 minute from Lake Erie at the outlet of Swan Creek. Bird watch, wild life nature preserve, all right out the back door. Bring your boat and dock on our 100 foot pier. Loads of space, almost half acre of land with well over 200’ of shore line and water views from every angle. Full sized free washer dryer and all new kitchen appliances. Basketball goal, home arcade system with many games. Several kayacks, canoes and pedal boats for your enjoyment.

Peaceful location. Could be cleaner.

Beautiful spot to watch the sunset! We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle board and pedal boat. Kids enjoyed the arcade. We explored and enjoyed nearby Luna Pier and Monroe. Pictures are outdated and the upkeep of the property leaves something to be desired. Once we cleaned out cobwebs and the spiders in every corner we managed to enjoy our stay.

If the weather hadn't been mediocre, this would be a great place to stay. Plenty of space. Dock was sturdy. View was fantastic. It is a little old, with some updates. Great value for the price.

Great for fishing the Detroit River and Erie

Adequate parking for 2 trucks and boats, plus 2 more cars. House was just perfect for 8 of us. Chairs and stools could be upgraded to handle larger sized adults. Aka All in all a great place for what we needed.

Perfect boys get away!

The host was very accommodating and even let us switch our dates last minute due to a death in the family. We appreciated that so much! The sunsets on the lake were absolutely beautiful! The area is nice and there’s not a lot of traffic since it is on a dead end road. My family said they’d definitely stay here again!!
