It's all about location (walk everywhere)! Enjoy this recently renovated (mini split AC units in all rooms) first floor unit in downtown Newport. Park your car (2 cars tandem) and walk to everything. Enjoy the shops, restaurants and seasonal events during your peaceful stay. The unit is fully furnished with all the amenities you will need including an eat-in kitchen, linens, towels, utensils and a fully functional kitchen. The unit consists of a master bedroom with a queen size bed, a bedroom with a full-size bed and a living room futon. No Cleaning Fee!

This property was very nice.Spacious with a kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. One bathroom was sufficient. The location was excellent. Half a block from downtown with shops and restaurants. Very walkable location and had enough parking for 2 cars.

The owner was responsive & friendly. The apartment is very clean, stocked with some kitchen essentials and right off Thames Street. Perfect location for walking around town, near restaurants & shopping. We also walked to a supermarket as well as a couple of the mansions.

Great stay in Newport

You really can’t beat the location of this place, as it is just off Thames Street with all it has to offer. We went all over, and I don’t think we were ever in the car for more than ten minutes.The house was clean - you can tell there is a good cleaning service here. The bed was very comfortable, which isn’t always the case when you are away from home. There is plenty of storage/closet dpace, so you don’t have to live out of your suitcase. Finally - John, the host, is very responsive and a great resource for things to do and see and for places to eat in Newport. After hitting winners with our first few meals, we kept using his recommendations for the rest of the week!We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Newport again!

We spent a girls weekend here and it was perfect in every way. The location could not be beat. It was a quiet neighborhood just a block from a busy shopping, restaurant and bar area. The two bedrooms a futon we perfect for our party of 3. John was communicative, providing not only access info but local recommendations. We’d definitely return.

Girls weekend!

We had an amazing weekend in Newport celebrating our best friends birthday! John was an amazing host and what a great sense of humor!!! We will 100% be back!! The location is great, a few houses up from Thames street which always has something fun going on! Highly recommend!!!

Perfect Location on Thames St

This 2 bedroom unit is close to many great restaurants and shops on Thames St and its a quick 10-15 walk to the Wharf. Having 2 parking spots was a bonus. John is a responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at John’s house for the 4th and had a great time! The communication was clear and quick response. The house was exactly as pictured and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Perfect amount of space for two couples. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect location for walking around Newport. Clean, convenient and includes good easy access parking. One bathroom with laundry is separate from bedrooms but if one bath is not important to you its a really great place to stay in Newport
