The Newport Oregon Beach House is a dream getaway with a front row view of the spectacular Oregon coast. Set on nearly an acre, guests feel like they're at their own private resort with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room, lounge room, garage game space and a large deck that showcases a non-stop unique ocean show everyday. This house is setup for fun for all. A large table is the ideal setting for fabulous feasts prepared in a well-appointed kitchen. Guests can get cozy and warm up indoors with the wood stove or outdoors around the firepit. Experience adventure when you take the guests-only pirates’ trail. A short drive takes visitors to the Newport Historic Bayfront, Whale, Sea Life, & Shark Museum, Agate Beach State Recreation Site, Yaquina Bay Lighthouse, Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area and Oregon Coast Aquarium, great restaurants, hiking, shopping and so much more. Our 12 bunko ladies had a GREAT time! Even the rain didn't diminish the fun we had. Well-appointed kitchen, plenty of space to spread out, but also enough room in the main living space for all of us. The owner texted Saturday morning to make sure all was okay. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

This property was perfect for our four-generation family gathering. The house was very clean. While the upstairs common area doesn't seem large at first glance, it turned out to be entirely comfortable. The dining table was roomy for eight of us. It was easy to add a game table from the garage play area to the end of the dining table during the few days we were up to 12. The owners have struck the perfect "comfort balance". Most of the house has been upgraded, but not to the point where we ever had to worry about damaging anything. Table tops seemed indestructible. The older folks stayed off the stairs in the house and steep path to the beach. Easy to drive and park at the beach, or walk from the house. Campground below allows free walk-in access to trails and playground. The view of the ocean is as pictured and stunning. The highway is almost entirely blocked by the vegetation. Road noise can be intermittently loud during the day, but settles down at night. You can always hear the ocean. We enjoyed the ocean view and sounds both from the deck and from the inside with the windows open. The owners were wonderfully available and responsive to our requests. The household instructions were appropriate and clear. Each room had it's own, individual thermostat. Our only serious infrastructure complaint was that we had to bring our own coolers from home because one refrigerator is not big enough for 12 people. We hope to return next year.

We were a group of 8 women. The house was perfect for us. The beds were plentiful and good. The kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed our view of the beach and local sites that were nearby. Hot tub was easy to use and operate. Highly recommend

Had a great stay, lots of room, house was clean, only complaint we had was we didn’t have enough silverware. Kitchen was otherwise well equipped with what we needed to cook for everyone. Table was perfect for our crafts, gifts, and eating! Didnt get to use the hot tub. Saw sunset and moon set from the deck.

The house really fit our family perfectly. And the view was amazing. Having stayed in rentals before most have all these rules especially when leaving. This one was very reasonable about what needed to be done. I’d stay there again in a minute

Family Beach front gem

This house was great from the smooth check in to the fully stocked kitchen (pots/pans, 2 coffee makers, all utensils, mixer, blender, pizza pans and much more!!!) clean, full washer and dryer, fun games for all to play, perfect for a big family. Also, amazing view! Can’t say enough good things!! Highly recommend!

Family time

Their property was really great, plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably, It did seem a bit stingy to only give two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for 11 adults staying there three nights. But we had a great time and just had to bring our own toilet paper. Also the little pirate trail down to the beach was really fun and easy.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay. The view was great and it was close to Beverly beach. The downstairs bedroom gave good separation. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to cook meals easily. The games in the garage were fun for the kids.

Beautiful ocean views, pirates path to Beverly Beach was fun, great kid’s activity equipment in garage, well equipped kitchen. Overall great house for our family weekend trip to the coast. There were no tissues in bathrooms which would have been nice. Also thought a request for maintenance to come by for something to do with a later project was unnecessary . Didn’t appreciate the notice even tho they didn’t come anyway.

I would love to say this was terrible, just so that the booking doesn’t become very popular and we could book again, but that would be a lie. It was a perfect location and lovely house. Plenty of room for a group of 10 to spread out if needed or be together as a group. Absolutely loved it. Property owner was very responsive. We plan on booking again.
