If you have ever dreamed of California Living... This is It!!! This is the ultimate beach house with an exceptional oceanfront lifestyle. Located on the sand in coveted Newport Beach, with oceanfront views of crashing waves, Catalina Island, and the Newport Beach Pier. This luxurious home is a place of magic in one of the best spots in Southern California.

Newly renovated, all new bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, lighting.
Our large beachfront deck complete with BBQ, lounge chairs and music is directly on the sand with no crowded boardwalk in front.

Front master has a king bed, flat screen TV and infinity windows with one of the best ocean views anywhere.

The second master suite has a king bed, flat screen TV, large master bathroom with walk in closet and great ocean views from the attached outdoor deck.

Third bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds and a flat screen TV.

Fourth bedroom is equipped with bunk beds, full bottom and twin top.

You will enjoy the short walk to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and the Newport Beach pier.

Beautiful house located literally on the beach. Close to restaurants , coffee , market and shopping. House has a garage full of beach amenities and a kitchen that is well equipped with any appliance needed . Garage fit our suv which was a Nissan Armada. Lots of space and beautiful views with a well attentive owner who is quick to respond .

Amazing views

The views from this property are unmatched. You sit on your patio watching surfers every morning. Directly on the sand. A few blocks from the paved beach walkway.We rented bikes for the week and rode all over Newport. It is walkable but we wanted to venture around. Make sure to try Lido Market for high end dining and shopping.Seaside donuts were amazing. Charlie’s Chili had great omelettes all day. Mutt Lynch’s had the best afternoon drinks and people watching.Loved the stay. Would definitely cone back!

Beautiful Beach Property

The property was amazing and the host provided everything needed to enjoy your stay. The host was also very responsive to all questions and very helpful. I highly recommend this property and will definitely visit again in the future!

Best stay in Newport Beach

Have stayed here a few times and love it so much. House is fully loaded and everything was perfect. Had lots of home cooked meals and lots of options for take out. Best weather was a bonus.

Amazing!

Had a great time with my 16 year old son. He had his friends come over and they had a blast right on the beach. Can’t beat this location. Close to everything and we slept well as it was quiet at night. We will be back!

Yes, its as great as it looks.

Property owner is exceptional at communicating and amazing to work with! This location is great as it is not in front of the boardwalk, but very close to it. We loved that it is on a corner. The home is well taken care. I've rented a lot of VRBO properties over the years, and most of the time they never look as good as they do in the pictures. This one does, however! The bi-fold doors on the top floor in the master overlooking the water, make it worth renting.The home is well stocked with pretty much everything needed, and its great that it has a cooler, beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, etc. We also loved those same big doors downstairs. We went over spring break and unfortunately it was insanely windy and chilly. The large doors made it easier to stay indoors and not feel as claustrophobic having to be indoors.The outdoor patio area was lovely, and again; it was nice to have a property that has outdoor furniture that is clean and well-maintained, unlike a lot of VRBO's directly on the beach. The second master at the front of the home is extremely large with an equally impressive bathroom and closet. It would be great for a family that had small children as you could easily set up a pack n play, along with an air mattress for toddlers or small children. We appreciated the extra towels available. The only recommendation would be nicer quality bed linens that are commensurate with the nightly rate of the home. They felt like they came from Costco or Amazon.

The BEST Beach House Out There!

Truly cannot say enough amazing things about this home on the sea. The check-in process and communication with the host were flawless. It is clean, updated, well-stocked, and HUGE. Beds are comfy as can be, rooms are spacious, and all is beautifully decorated. There is an endless supply of fun to be had given that you are steps to the sand. The house comes fully stocked with all the beach supplies you could ever need, plenty of serving dishes/kitchen items, and a grill. The outdoor patio is well-kept with a large table, fire pit, and couch. There is a two car garage which is an added bonus. If I could rate this house, I would rate it 100 out of 10. Truly the best place I've ever stayed.

Beautiful home-sitting literally on the sand!

This home is so nicely appointed and the location could not be better, right on the sand and close to everything. Our host was so accommodating and hospitable, as well as very efficient with all of the information we required for the stay. I highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Home

This house was really nice! It looked like they just remodeled the entire home; beautiful new tile in all the bathrooms, quartz countertops in kitchen and new appliances. I also appreciated the nice linens and pillows in the master bedroom. Very comfortable bed. The view from the bedroom was incredible. The house was right on the sand, so the kids played a few feet away while we had lunch on the patio. We were very impressed and enjoyed our stay immensely. We will definitely be back!

Great Family get away

If you are looking for a super clean, well stocked home close to Newport but not on the boardwalk (we wanted a little more privacy due to having children with us) this is the spot for you.Owner is great to work with and even suggested a place for pizza. We will be back!

Perfect home and location in Newport
