  • Doyle's Beach & Boardwalk is a collection of 7 beach condominiums in Newport Beach, CA. Located next to the Newport Pier, you wont find a better location central to all the greatest eating, playing, shopping, and relaxing that NB offers. This 4 bedroom condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen and living room. There is a communal BBQ located by the parking area for your use.. There will be 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella for use. You will have your whole condo and also share a common area with a condo across the hall. This area is large with hooks for clothes and towels and a bench for changing. It is a great place to store shoes and help keep your condo clean. We will have a manager on call at all times, and can be there in less than 10 min. for any issues. Located centrally to the Newport Pier, there are literally hundreds of great places to eat, shop and play within walking distance. With a safe & friendly town square 40 yards away, this is a great place for parents to let their kids roam with no worries. We can possibly provide up to 2 parking spots depending on size of vehicles and availability. (HUGE for summer rentals.) first booked, first reserved. But we believe the best way to experience Newport is by bike and boardwalk. We can hook you up with the local Bike shop for cheap rentals.
    To ensure cleanliness, all of our linens come freshly wrapped from a linen service. Sheets and linens for the bathrooms will be wrapped on your bed upon arrival.

Great view of the sand and water

We had a total of five of us & stayed in the 2nd floor 4 bedroom unit. Great layout with a large gathering area with ocean views. It was a huge bonus having two assigned parking spots as well.

Great Newport Beach/Balboa vacation rental. Close to beach, pier, shopping, restaurants, boating, fishing, etc. Family friendly, roomy 4 bedroom. Very clean. Will definitely go again!!!

Great location

The property is conveniently located. It was clean even though it's dated. The kitchen is well equipped, but is missing basic spices and other necessities for cooking. It would be nice to have some olive/cooking oil and condiments. So keep that in mind if you plan on making your meals at the property. Overall my family and I had a good stay and would recommend to others.

Amazing Thanksgiving

We usually go to San Diego for Thanksgiving, but this year we decided to change it up. And we are do thankful that we did. Newport Beach was great. This property was ideal for our stay. Plenty of room and fantastic view of the beach. It is located in a short walking distance to restaurants, snacks and shopping. Parking was great and the property was very clean. My one suggestion would be more towels. Other than that, we will definitely put this property on our list for return.

Location, location, location! This is our second time at this property. Being so close to the pier and its charm is so lovely! We loved strolling, running, and biking the boardwalk. The property had plenty of room for 9 of us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

What a GREAT place to stay. Stayed for four nights, and loved it! The location can’t be beat. Right on the beach, just steps away from the sand. Around the corner from the Pier. Parking is safe and easy. The unit was open, bright and great for the big group we had. And the balcony was perfect. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great Location Great Condo

Fantastic location, plenty of room for everyone, great view, easy parking. We’ve stayed in Newport a few times and this is my favorite spot so far. Easy to book, price was reasonable, good communication and the view was amazing. Definitely will be staying again.

Great time at the beach

Wonderful location and spacious place. View of the beach was so good we could see dolphins from inside our unit and on our balcony. We loved being able to get two parking spots also! Pillows were a bit thin for me but I had brought my own. We were there at Thanksgiving so planned to cook and glad we brought our own bakeware and tupperware for leftovers. I think there was just two cookie sheets that could be used to cook in the oven and nothing to store leftovers in. We will try to get the upstairs unit next time.

Get together for son and his friends

We all had a great time.The weather was raining , windy and cool which kinda put a damper on some of our plans . No fault of anyone but Mother Nature. The place was beautiful and loved the view from the balcony. Thank you!
