"Winslow Cottage was a beautifully renovated little house and very clean and comfortable. We were able to park in the long stay carpark 2 minutes walk away then walk to everything we wanted, including restaurants, pubs, a small supermarket and buses to Mousehole and to Lands End. Penzance was at most a twenty minute walk along the promenade, but also an option by bus. We had views of the harbour and St Michael’s Mount from the upstairs windows (or a short walk away). It is close to the beach, various eateries and a Post Office/ local store.The steps up to the house were challenging, but worth the effort. All the rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. The POD was great for a couple of nights but wouldn't have been suitable for a longer stay due to its size. The POD is in the owners garden. It was a 20 minute walk from St. Ives Harbour but there was a bus stop a short walk away."

"A nice cosy cottage, although kitchen was a bit small, it had all the amenities, a few basics like sugar, teabags, pepper, were missing, but overall we had a nice relaxing stay."

"Fantastic location, plenty of parking, everything you need (home from home) However the property is tired and needs some tlc. The garden is overgrown and the hedges are unkept which obstruct the sea views. Overall I would definitely recommend the property. "

"The cottage is a short walk from the various beaches and shops of St Ives, so perfect for a short break in the town. The cottage is well equip and it's amazing how everything is fitting into the place.The only negative side is the lack of parking and having to stop on a double yellow to load/unload. It took us about an hour to find a parking space when we arrived, so plan ahead!"
