"The property was lovely. We had just come in on a trans Atlantic flight that day. We ate at the hotel that night which was really good in addition to being relaxing. They had a reserved table for us. Breakfast the next morning was very nice; fresh fruit platter then whatever breakfast you wanted. Family owned and run. The staff commented on how nice it was to work for the family."

"Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. In addition, plants inside living room or dining room were dying without proper attention."
