"Mark and Karen are fantastic hosts. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with lots of extras provided. The breakfast foods prepared by Karen are delicious!"

"A lovely room with a great view and a cracking breakfast. Staff were very hospitable. Would certainly stay here again. "

"Very clean and well equipped. Nice area, close to other cities and beaches in Cornwall. The swimming pool was advertised as 24-hour full access but in reality was open only from 10am to 6pm and needed to book every day for each session. The private spa tub was advertised but missing. "

"A perfect B&B with home made preserves and home baked bread at breakfast. Spotless and with the friendliest hosts. Large rooms and lovely bathroom. You can walk to everywhere from here, including the stunning Cape Cornwall. This is how it should be done 10/10."

"Thank you for such a wonderful stay! Appreciate the fast response when the storm caused the gate to fail. It is when things go wrong you can really see the attention to service and care. Thank you! "

"The room was spacious with very good facilities, such as dish washer, washing machine, cooking utensils. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. In addition, plants inside living room or dining room were dying without proper attention."

"This property is set in beautiful grounds and was very peaceful. The host was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and very well equipped. The continental breakfast, fruit, tea & coffee and other provisions in the room were more than ample. All in all, great value and would thoroughly recommend. Would just mention that location of property in at the top of a steep hill."
