- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.

Please note, a £100 fine will apply for the replacement of a lost or missing parking permit.

I stay in hotels for approx 6 months of the year so I like to think I know a decent place when I come across it. This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Absolutely filthy. Furniture in the living room was badly stained and soiled. The bed sheets had lots of stains consisting of different colours. I felt dirty even sitting on the quilt. The windows were difficult to open. The worst of all was the towels, there was human excrement on the towel. Absolutely disgusting. Contacted the property contact and it took a lot of hours to get back to me, felt like I was dealing with someone overseas. It felt like a con if I’m being honest. They kept asking for time to put it right, but who the hell would stay in a place like this where a towel isn’t even clean. Parking on the street is a nightmare. Avoid this place like the plague. Shocking shocking shocking.
