It's fine

The apartment was a bit tired looking but otherwise fine for one night. Much cheaper than other apartments around. Location couldn't be better - right next to Digital nightclub. As for the deposit, previous reviews did irk me but I did get it refunded by 10 working days. Make sure to send them your bank details on arrival. Also their 26+ age policy really ought to be made clear on the listing.

Disappointing

Keys had to be picked up from a property 10 minutes away. Property was basic at best although in a good location for amenities around. £100 security deposit added and two weeks after check out still has not been refunded.

This place is a scam

I booked a 2 rooms apartment because I was going with 2 of my university girlfriends. They called me 2 days before and told me they “oversold the apartment and they will give me a different one”. They gave me a 1 room apartment that I have to share with my friends and obviously it was uncomfortable for the girls. Moreover, for the inconvenience they offer me to give me a refund of part of the money I paid (the apartment wasn’t worth what I paid) and when I ask them at the end of my holidays, they ignored my messages. Other thing to mention was that the kitchen wasn’t working and we had to cook in the microwave or going out. Basically in this place I lost money, I had uncomfortable moments and an uncomfortable place to sleep.

The instructions text was not sent to us correctly. So we couldn’t access the code and had to Watsapp again to receive the text. And when I asked Chris to ring me. He said he was not in his working times. Eventually got code to collect the key.The apartment was clean and tidy. But the remote had no batteries in it so couldn’t use the tv. Rooms were alittle cold.no hot water in sink.extremely noisy street windows were not noise proofed. Thanks

The place was perfectly based, right next to the city centre. The staff were really friendly and made sure for us to enjoy our stay.

Ticks the boxes

Clean tidy and perfectly adequate for what we needed. More space than a hotel room which was nice. Difficult to find in the dark though.

It was easy access nice inside pleasing on suit storage good only 1 miss habit is the kettle didn't work but ideal and cheap for what we wanted as shortstop but enjoyed the Newcastle experience

Location wise the apartment was very central. The appointment was clean and we were met and checked in very efficiently. The light in the bathroom didn’t work and the lock on the bathroom door was missing. However if you want piece and quiet this is not the place for you on a Saturday night. With a night club opposite and unfortunately drunken people urinating on the front door.

Ideal location

Really good location near to central station and the boiler shop. Stayed here with friends when attending bongo bingo. Would stay here again and would recommend to others

Stinks

One of bedroom doors lock broke and we had to wait all morning for a locksmith after being hung up on by the cleaner and the ****hole owner not answering the phone. Eventually ’chris’ the owner text back being very rude, and unhelpful. we were also blamed for the door getting locked and received no apology or anything of the sort.

Good location and price

Good little apartment with two doubles and a single bed. Great location 5 mins walk from the railway station and easy access to the metro arena and the city shops / bars. Condition was a little poor with a nearly fitted door which hadn’t been painted and raw plaster still around the frame. The whole apartment while clean enough needed a full clean with some dust build up. Good shower but very cheap matterases and a place that you can use as a base for a few days (space wise) but mainly focused towards a cheap place to stop for groups I think. Would use again for a night out but not in business.

Avoid

Got a confirmation email that I was booked in. Then I got a random number text saying that the room wasn’t cleaned due to the weather. I asked for my money back. They couldn’t/wouldn’t refund it. They offered me a smaller room with no partial refund elsewhere. This wasn’t where I needed to be. I had to swell in the car which nearly killed me. These people are a joke.
