Not working with Hotels.com/Travelocity anymore.

Room was as expected. Manager/owner was very friendly. Only issue was that manager said they are not working with Hotels.com anymore fir 8 months. My reservation should have been canceled but was not. Luckily he had a room given event near by. But others from event with Hotels.com reservations were turned away.

Une catastrophe

Accueil épouvantable : n° de confirmation inconnu. Obligés de discutter au téléphone avec une responsable en essayant de comprendre et se faire comprendre. Odeur désagréable dans la chambre, draps tachés, couvre lit brûler par endroit. Un panier avec des donuts secs et des bananes au bureau de l'accueil en guise de petit déjeuner. Et au final, pas de réponse à notre salutation finale.

Bug was crawling on sheet. Heavy cobwebs in corners of bathroom with spider. Many hairs in bathroom sink, tub and floor. Carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. Hat, sock and receipt from two month ago in drawers. Owner was extremely kind and immediately refunded my money as I checked out right away. He brought cleaning person to office right away to confront him.

Too money much for the experience

The hotel was ideal since it was close to an event we were attending and the staff was friendly and helpful. The two-bedroom option contained 2 full (double) beds in each room, which was more than enough space for us. However, it was clear that it needed more maintenance and cleaning. Perhaps it was because the rooms were on the ground level (giving them the benefit of the doubt), but there were so many spiders and we even saw what may have been a centipede. If the place is given a good cleaning and exterminated, it would be great for future guests. Unfortunately, this is the only hotel thats a short drive in Warwick, NY; so we didn't have much of a choice. The price we paid for this stay was too much for the experience we had. If we had the option of staying elsewhere we probably would have. We are not high-maintenance people, but all those spiders (and the mysterious centipede we killed) was too much for us to handle. There is also a musty odor, that you get used to as some other guests have mentioned in their reviews. The Galloway Grill across the street was delicious. It is really unfortunate to be giving this review, and I hope the managers take the reviews into consideration to increase their ratings.

The room was not very clean and had a bad smell to it. There was a full can of trash right outside our door. The blinds were all broke on the door and the window. The parking area was dirty with trash and alot of damage to the steps and outside area. I wouldn't recommend the motel.

Only hotel in Warwick, but poor value

The best thing about this hotel is that it is in Warwick. If you want to stay at a hotel in Warwick, it is your only choice. It has been refurbished recently, so the rooms are clean without major signs of wear, but the in room facilities are poor. The rooms have the promised refrigerator, microwave, and cable TV, but no coffee maker, hair dryer, or even box of tissues. They seem to clean the rooms only between guests and not every day: my room was not cleaned during a four night stay and I was out much of the day. This is a big inconvenience given the tiny towels and tiny trash can in the room. I had to use my own towels and empty the trash can myself. Trash cans outside are uncovered and near the room entrances, which attracts flies and ants. The breakfast provided is very limited, only bagels and coffee. No other kinds of bread or cereal or fruit. Orange juice is available but you have to pay $1 for it. There is no choice of decaf coffee or skim milk. There is a cafe across the road which provides a better breakfast, but you have to pay for that and the hotel breakfast is supposed to be included. I could not get the WI-Fi to work with my laptop. The proprietor tried to be helpful but had no real idea. It is easy to get Wi-Fi to just work: you probably have that at home. Why do hotels, restaurants, and other places which claim to have free Wi-Fi have to do something different and break it.

Horrible Hotel

Terrible hotel. I slept with Roach eggs in the bed and was itching all night. I brought this to the attention of the gentleman at the counter and instead of using it to help someone else not go through that in the future, he used every excuse in the book and got nasty and defensive with me. The shower curtains were moldy, there was hair in the tub drain, it was nasty. I wouldn't have even left the reviews , but he refused to see what was wring and maybe this will help when the owners (if they weren't him) See this.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days. On the day we arrived the water came out yellow. Then in the afternoon the water went away completely no one from the hotel team informed the tenants about what was happening.

We call this we got kicked out of my house hotel

We arrived to check in and had to call a number and wait 20 minutes for someone to show up. Room had used water bottles laying around. Needs some work. Would not go back.

This was a charming little place in a pretty town. Both hotel employees with whom I interacted were friendly and welcoming. My sole complaint is that the pillows were flat. I would stay here again.

Just Okay

Great location and convenient to all that Warwick, NY and the surrounding areas provide. The owner and staff were fantastic, but the room we had was well below par. In need of new mattresses badly. There were "flying" ants everywhere. Room and bathroom were clean, but for the $110. plus to stay there, they can use that money to buy new mattresses.
