Inspired by the delicate hues and refreshing notes of a fine Rosé, this downtown Newberg retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and sophistication. Guests are within walking distance of First Street's renowned tasting rooms, boutique shops, and restaurants, including Rosmarino Osteria Italiana, Kopitos Cocina, and The Newbergundian Bistro. Spend the day exploring local favorites such as Et Fille Wines, Domaine Lumineux, and Bravuro Cellars, or enjoy nearby outdoor adventures at Champoeg State Park.

With Dundee's celebrated wineries and McMinnville's charming historic district just a short drive away, the Newberg Suites provide a welcoming home base for guests eager to discover the beauty, flavor, and spirit of Oregon's wine country. The Rosé Room places you at the heart of it all while offering a peaceful sanctuary to return to at the end of the day.

Inside, a spacious private bedroom features a plush king bed that promises deep rest and rejuvenation. The sleek tiled bathroom offers a spa-like experience, complete with modern finishes and soothing design elements.

The open concept kitchen and dining area is fully equipped for everything from casual meals to intimate dinners. A comfortable workspace offers a quiet nook for planning your day or catching up before settling in by the fireplace with a glass of Oregon Rosé in hand.

Located on the second floor, The Rosé Room combines refined comfort with local charm, inviting you to live like a true wine country local in the heart of Newberg.

• We welcome up to two (2) dogs, with a non-refundable fee of $100 per dog.
• VRBO will collect the guest service fee first, and the remaining reservation payment will be processed separately by our property management team.

Everything was wonderful about this property, it was nicely renovated and had plenty of room for the two of us. The town of Newberg was cute and the property was close to many vineyards and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. The only drawback to the property was carrying our luggage up a long flight of stairs, but we were aware of that before we booked the property. We would stay here again.

Practically everything about this property was perfect. Everything was top-of-the-line and well thought out. The only negative is that it is on a busy highway and there’s a lot of traffic noise during the night. For me, this was hard because I’m a lite sleeper. But for many, I’m sure it wouldn’t be a problem.

Room.was great!! Above a few businesses which is not a dog friendly situation. Up and down stairs also not dog friendly. No address or identifying marks on outside to identify we were at correct place. The fact that they put cloth on couch for dogs and had bags and treats was great. Would have been helpful to have address of dog friendly parks. Near really busy streets. They had earplugs by bed. Lol.

Wonderful place to stay while in Newberg Wine Country

The rose room was absolutely spotless/clean, and had so many great little extras, I truly felt like I was at home for a week. The location is awesome when it comes to walking to restaurants, wine tasting (especially Domaine Limineux), and shopping in Newberg. It's about ½ block from a supermarket too! The only downside about this location is the semi busy street outside the window. But the property managers have thought of everything, including ear plugs for guests. Lovely touches inside and out! Thanks for a great experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Space

We loved the direct communication and ease of texting. Everything about the property was perfect (minus the stairs). We really appeciated the coffee, popcorn and wine and will stay there anytime we are visiting our family in Newberg.

Exceptional Customer Service!

We had a great stay. The property was clean, cute, and perfect for a couple of friends in town for a getaway/wine tasting (the king bed was so large and comfy that it was easy to share). There were lots of little details that made us feel welcome, but the highlight was the wonderful communication and support from Lanette (member of the property management team) before the trip. Thank you! The only confusing part is that we *assumed* the door with a code right by the parking spaces was the door we were supposed to enter. In fact, we needed to go around the corner where there were two other doors with codes, one of which led to the apartments.

Nice property close to many activities

Great place to stay in downtown Newburg close to good restaurants breweries and George Fox University. Clean upstairs apartment well appointed and accurately marketed on VRBO, my wife really enjoyed the apartment and it’s proximity to many activities in Newburg. The check in process through the property management company was a bit unsettling due to their inability to receive my rental agreement after I filled it out twice. They weren’t going to give us the key pad codes until I complained over the phone about already filling out the rental agreement twice.
