Coffee mugs weren’t cleaned which I found annoying, breakfast was very limited to cooked breakfast which was actually cold despite being under hot lamps…. "When I arrived with my mum we had problems with the lock combination to getting the key and when trying to enter the cottage door found it really difficult to open so had 10 - 15 minutes with that the stairs are too narrow thought that I was going to trip the kitchen is upstairs with the bedroom ..."

Great location & comfortable short stay
"Very convenient location to walk around Newark. Clean & comfy flat. Its a little noisy due to normal street traffic from the front room & you need to search around for parking. Peter was great with communication & responded promptly."

"Nice cottage, excellent location, quick response from hosts when something was needed, however the property itself could be greatly improved e.g strong smell of oil in the garden and kitchen, and wear and tear of various items around the house including the travel cot and kitchen table."
