The worse experience ever! I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, and unfortunately, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had to date. While I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness of th staff, the condition of the facility was well below expectations.
Most notably, the bed frame closest to the bathroom appeared to be loose or broken, making it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. The phone in the room didn’t work. I could call the front desk or anyone for assistance. The tv didn’t work, the vending machine would dispense snacks or drink. Pool was closed and it was an awful experience. This issue, combined with the overall sub-par condition of the room, made for a disappointing stay.
