"I don’t usually bother writing reviews but the value for money here was amazing! We booked a twin room with our toddler and had breakfast each morning the hotel was lovely and the staff were so nice. The breakfast was so good!!! And the room was a great size. Will definitely be back."

"Easy check in with the friendly staff. Rooms were great for our short stay with the kids. Walkable to the Skytower and surrounding area. The only issue we had was with parking our Ute. Other than this, everything was great. Thank you."

"What an incredible hotel! We were greeted by a lovely receptionist who advised we had a free upgrade. The room was stunning with amazing harbour views of the harbour bridge. We were surprised by a knock at the door and received a free bottle of wine for my birthday a few days prior. The gym, pool, spa and sauna were immaculate and had everything you needed. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend for a special night away."

"The location of this hotel is perfect with skytower in sire and 1 block from Queen street the main shopping area. It's an easy walk to the harbour from there as well. There are many coffee shops and restaurants on the block. The breakfast buffet has multiple choices of hot and cold food. I stayed here for 7 weeks and greatly appreciated the convenience and found staff very helpful."

"It was a quaint hotel with an excellent location - on the heart of the town with walking distance from the ferry terminal & to the bus stop, and lovely restaurants with peppy night life at the piers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and spacious with a view of the town and the water. Loved staying here. Don't miss the bakery "Daily Bread" across from the bus stop - their meat pies and salads are unforgettable."

"This stay wasn’t as good as my last as this room didn’t have a seat and table. Had I known rooms of the same standard have different layouts, I would have asked for one with a seat and small table. This room was much smaller than last time and I wondered if I’d had a first time experience that wasn’t to be repeated."
