The hotel left a lot to be desired for quality of linens, thermostat control, as well as staff friendliness. My room smelled and the elevators were functionally inconsistent. The standout employee was my housekeeper. I am grateful I had a bathtub. I can’t speak to the gym. And a complaint if corporate is reading-please bring back room service. It is a hotel that serves as a port not as a regenerative reprieve.
