"Booked a king room. Got a double ADA. Was not told about the room availability. Walked into the room to realize. Was told there was nothing they could do. Then took a shower in the MOST DISGUSTING shower I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. It was clogged and filthy. Standing in water up to my ankles."

"I really didn’t use the extra “amenities” I was charged for with the exception of the WiFi which was to typically cutting out in the evening, I think a lot of these charges should be optional for guests as I did not have use for them.
