"The staff were all so wonderful and extremely welcoming. The rooms and common grounds were cleaned and up kept very well throughout our stay.
The breakfast was a very plain, no flavor and coffee was not good at all.
Overall best for cleanliness and welcoming."

"The property was ok for a older hotel but the staff and Expedia were horrible. Expedia payment to property was declined and Mark the front desk clerk was terrible! I stay in hotels all the time and have for 30 years. This is the worse interaction I have ever had. They threatened to kick us out of the room and also shut our keys off with our belongings in the room. I had explained we would help them but we were in for a event that day and they called not less than 5 times during the day and...

"The room was spacious and clean. We stayed for a sporting tournament and had close access to local coffee, Whole Foods, and eateries. Beds were comfortable. Staff was attentive and friendly. 10min walk to convention center. The hotel felt safe but typical downtown once you step outside. Would book again for how clean everything was and for how comfortable the beds were."

"They forgot to replace an empty body wash, no conditioner and no plastic lining for the ice bucket. They took my pajama which is understandable because it was hidden under the bath towel but they should check one towel at a time. Overall it was a good place to stay and the staff was nice."
