"Curtains in our room didn't close completely, but the staff found clips so that we could use to close the gap. There was an overall electrical problem that the hotel worked to get resolved in a timely manner. Elevators were out due to this early morning but were up and running by 10."

"The check in experience was truly amazing. They held our bags with numbered tags and texted when our room was available. The continental breakfast was better than most. The only weird thing is that there wasn't an ice bucket in our room and aren't ice machines on every floor. An amazing location. Walkable to dining and shopping and a super quick drive to Red Rocks and Golden."

They advised me that being that we booked through a 3rd party we are not guaranteed the type of room I requested. We were stuck in this room for a couple of days with no effort to accommodate us.
