Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath home located on the north end of New Smyrna Beach. Walking distance from Flagler Ave,
900 Beach House has 2 full homes, this is the downstairs unit offering a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a full kitchen.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and full master bath room. The guest room offers a queen size bed along with bunk beds with a twin and full size bed. There is a full shared bath room. Wrap around porch is the perfect setting to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a full day at the beach!
Need a little more room, check out adding the efficiency apartment or renting the entire house! Adding the upstairs offers you an additional 3 bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen as well as a 1 bedroom 1 bath efficiency with a mini kitchen!! There is room for EVERYONE!! 900 Beach House can be rented out individually or the entire house! Check out listing #1772045

NOTICE: This is a monthly rental-zone property. Only need a week or 2? Let us know, sometimes the price is better for a the month than weekly's at other properties! You can even split with month with friends & family!!

Boardwalk was a great place for us stay when we were in New Smyrna Beach. A lot of room in the rental for us and when our family visited. Just a minute walk to the beach. I would recommend this location for anyone wanting to stay near the beach.

Spacious home - great for two families

We had a great week! This home was so convenient to Flagler Avenue and an easy golf cart or bike ride to just about everything in New Smyrna. We loved being able to take our dogs and the separation between top & bottom worked for two families.

Tara was super accommodating. She went above and beyond for us. Having both floors for our two large families was amazing. We had so much room and was across the street from the beach. Loved everything about this house.

Perfect location - Great space

This couldn't have been better for a winter getaway. It's located just steps away from the beach and a short walk down the beach to all the wonderful restaurants and shops on Flagler Avenue. The property itself is located in a nice quiet residential neighborhood and nicely laid out and comfortable. Property manager was helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

Great home, very spacious and had everything we needed!

From start to finish the communication with the property management was very prompt and friendly! We would definitely stay here again. Great location as far as getting to beach and all of the fun bars and restaurants on Flagler.

Great location and open space! Easy check-in. Good communication. Only negative was that property was not as clean as we are used to. Upon arrival sand on bed spread and sand and sticky substance on kitchen counter plus stove was greasy.

Great Beach property!

900 N Atlantic is a fantastic place for a beach vacation. One block from the beach, beautiful home, clean, easy to check in, wonderful property manager. I highly recommend staying here!

Great stay

Loved location! Some concerns....bottom bunk was broke when we arrived, dishwasher was not working properly, toilet between bedrooms made a very loud sound after flushing. Otherwise, our visit was fantastic and plan to return to New Smyrna!!!

Lots of room and great location

This was a very comfortable property with close proximity to the beach and a nice beach walk from Flagler St. Very quiet neighborhood. My son and I really enjoyed our stay.
