  • Esta casa de 800 pies cuadrados con 2 dormitorios y 1 baño fue renovada en 2015.
    Con aprox. 1. 5 acres de propiedad hay mucho estacionamiento y área para tomar el sol.
    Tiene un gran 75 X 10 proyectado en piscina / parcial cubierto al que ha compartido el acceso junto con los otros huéspedes actuales de las otras 2 casas en la propiedad.
    Mi lugar está a 3. 5 millas de la playa, aproximadamente 1 hora a Disney World, Universal Studios o Kennedy Space Center. (Los lanzamientos de cohetes son geniales desde New Smyrna Beach) También hay muchos restaurantes y restaurantes, actividades familiares, vida nocturna y transporte público. Te encantará mi lugar por la gente, el espacio al aire libre y la luz. Mi lugar es bueno para parejas, aventureros en solitario, viajeros de negocios y familias (con niños). Traiga sus bicicletas y viaje a Main Street, Gym & Beach todos los días.

We liked the location to everything. Was very easy to navigate where we wanted to go. The host was very helpful and did our best to clean the place up before leaving

Pool was nice for the fam. The home was very clean and beds were comfortable. Nice quiet stay, we also met the property manager and she was very polite.

We had a very nice and relaxing stay! Kim, the property manager was a delight. She was quick to respond to all of our needs! The lap pool was a bonus!

Awesome, affordable cottage with amazing pool. My boys play baseball and we rented this house for a tournament we needed to travel for. The house was perfect for us: spacious, well maintained and clean. Our boys loved the pool after their games. Very quiet and private. Also, big thanks to the owner for accommodating us with a late check out. We very much appreciate it. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful stay,, enjoyed this property very much, excellent host,and a wonderful manager ,,went out of there way to give us the best experience possible. Was very comfortable, quiet, and safe, has everything needed for extended stays, and a very convenient location as well, close to everything.

The home was cozy. The site manager was helpful and friendly, as were the neighbors. The property is pet-friendly and includes a washer and dryer, which was a valuable convenience.

My stay

My stay was great at this property. My friends and I had a great time, the property was clean, safe, and easy access to the beach as it was only about a 7 minute car ride. I would recommend others staying here :)

Family get-a-way

Cute little front house with a great pool and awesome outdoor space for the kids to run around. Convenient location for fun day trips with the kids. Host was great to interact with and extremely helpful for fun spots to visit.

I stayed at this property last weekend with my husband and our dog. It was important to find a house with a private yard for my dog to safely enjoy and explore while on leash. This one fit the bill beautifully. The house is as described in the advertisement. It is an older home but it had been updated and was clean and well maintained. The pool was nicely maintained but the water was a little too cool for an old gal! (the weather was unseasonably cool.) The pool would be fantastic when the weather is warmer.We met a lovely older couple staying in the other unit. They have been repeat renters, happily staying with this host for many years. We also met Kim, who helps as a caretaker and she was very nice. The home was quiet, peaceful and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this property and this host.

Cozy home, a few minutes away from toes-in-the-sand!

This was our first time staying at this property and it was exactly as listed. The home was cozy and suited our family well. It was the perfect distance from the beach to not feel like you were stuck in the touristy part of town, but not so far away that you couldn't be toes-in-the-sand in just a few minutes!

Good location & price. Clean, well managed

Me & a few girls had a great stay. We had no issues & staff was great. Pool was too chilly & wish there was a private patio area to hang out, but would stay again.

Convenient place

Very close to store food stores, gas stations, services like haircuts and dog grooming. Within a couple of miles of active pickleball courts and parks.

Came down for the races perfect location, 5 miles from new Smyrna race track and 30 minutes from Daytona racetrack the state was everything expected with no surprises

Great little house

We were there for biketober fest. Location gave us a nice ride to and from main street. And the neighborhood was quit and very very convenient to stores and shops. We will definitely try to book again soon
