Cozy Beach House ( Walking Distance to Beach)

Beautiful newly renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house located just across the street from the ocean. The house includes all of the amenities for you to feel like you are at home. We also include complementary WIFI and cable, as well as coffee, a washer and dryer( includes laundry detergent). This is a duplex and we air bnb the other side as well. Each unit has access to their side with private entry.

The code was wrong to the garage. The dead bolt lock sticks on front door, sand everywhere on table and counters under the furniture linens were sandy when I pulled covers back.Handles and shelves broken in cabinets busted tiles no grout over priced aweful yard! Should have took photos no one has time for that do better!

Beachy Vibe

Location is great. Very short walk across the street to the beach. Which was beautiful.Loved that there were good restaurants within walking distance. The house itself looks exactly as pictured online. Very cute and beachy. We did not do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. My mother enjoyed sitting in the front courtyard area. Overall we had a very comfortable stay. I would rent this house again when in NSB.

Birthday getaway

We rented this property for the weekend to celebrate our son's 16th birthday. We had a great time. The property was in a great location. You can literally cross the road to get to the beach which was awesome. The property was very clean and spacious. It was great!

Great for family beach vacation

I stayed with my husband, 4 year old daughter, my mom and her dog. The property was nicely furnished and super close to the beach, about a 2 - 3 minute walk. There was an umbrella and chairs in the garage which we took to the beach. Easy check in and clear check out procedure. Would recommend this property and feel it's a great location.

Sweet little place

Wonderful location and beautifully decorated place! Bed very comfortable. Love the little extras like coffee and sugar😊 My only suggestion would be to have maybe a chair on the small patio and the grass cut in the back yard. Would definitely stay again-beach right across the street is a big plus! Thank you!!

Perfect spot

Everything was easy with this place. From booking the house to checking out, everything was nice and easy. The house is very nice and clean. The owners give you nice amenities like toilet paper and soap. The communication is phenomenal between the renter and the property owner.
