Welcome to The Salty Flamingo. This home is new to the rental market after completing a $100,000 remodel! This beautiful home is a 3/2 with a giant Master suite encompassing the entire 2nd floor which includes a king size bed, wall mounted 58" Smart TV, and a 28 foot deck located through the French doors. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed as well as a wall mounted 58" smart TV. The last bedroom has a full trundle bed that includes a single pull out underneath as well as a wall mounted 43" smart TV. The living and dining rooms have been tastefully decorated with seating for 6. The fully stocked kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all utensils. Enjoy the fully fenced yard with a book and your morning coffee. The 2 car garage is stocked with multiple beach chairs you can carry for the short walk to the non driving section of beautiful New Smyrna Beach. The home is located just a short drive from all of the popular dining and shopping and walking distance to local favorites such as SoNapa Grille and Chases on the beach.

Great location and super clean. Had all the comforts of home. The 2 car garage was a plus. Great little backyard for a dog and a deck upstairs for watching the sunrise. A block from the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved this house and the location couldn't be more perfect. The house is comfy and decorated so cute. Everything we needed was there. The only suggestion would be a handle in the bathroom downstairs for elderly people to hold onto. And a bathmat in the shower. We would stay here again. Thank you for keeping such a lovely home.

My family had a wonderful time in this lovely beach house. The host was so kind in offering to let my grandchildren use the beach toys and the use of a beach canopy and chairs if needed. The house was very clean and decorated with cute beach decor throughout. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and everything needed to cook meals. There was even complimentary k-cups to use with the keurig. That was very thoughtful.We loved being able to walk to the beach, too. The house is in a great location.We enjoyed our stay so much and hope to return again next year!

We absolutely loved this home. We will definitely be back. The location was perfect. Just a block from the no drive beach and an easy walk. The home was clean and had plenty of supplies. The owners go above clean. beyond with having amenities that other places don’t have. It’s decorated very cute and it’s a quiet neighborhood. Could easily walk to several restaurants and store. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Few Days at the Beach

House was great for the 7 of us. Three adults, two teens and two children. Large master upstairs with it's own bathroom. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication with Meredith

Two weeks in New Smyrna

It was the perfect location! Easy access to the beach, walking distance to several bars/restaurants and walking trails. We loved the fenced in yard for our dog. Overall it was a great trip. Meredith was very responsive to questions.
