"We gathered with grandchildren and partners to celebrate our mothers birthday. We were impressed by the overall design and features of the layout, views, pool, and kitchen. These were enhanced by all the details, the thoughtful extra supplies, the cleanliness, incredibly well equipped kitchen and the responsiveness and helpfulness of our hosts. Highly recommended!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this cottage very much. A quiet and peaceful spot by the water with all the comforts of home. Enjoyed morning coffee and hot chocolate on the deck by the Bay, with three different seating areas to choose from. We had great weather all week and the cottage was centrally located near all the places we wanted to visit. Yi was the perfect host; great communication in advance of our arrival and she checked in with us a few times during our stay to make sure we had...

"The cottage was comfortable and well set up. We will definitely consider going back: it's a great distance for a weekend getaway from Halifax, and the amenities are nice (that sauna!). The only issue we found (because we went to curl up and read books together!) was that the lighting in the main space was not great: a couple of floor lamps would have been great. "

"Amazing property, great value. Seawater private hot tubs are amazing. Lovely private beach. Well appointed cabins with beautiful views. Had a lovely 48 hour get away. Would definitely go back and recommend to anyone visiting the area winter or summer."

"Great, cozy, comfortable, light-filled cottage for two on St Margarets Bay, with view of water from large deck. Close to beaches, South Shore, Peggy's Cove and Halifax area. The village of Hubbards has grocery, cafes, pharmacy, NSLC, bike trails and great Farmers Market."

"Clean, well appointed rooms with an amazing view of the ocean. The owners are very considerate of traveller’s, with the amenities offered in the home. The Kitchen is stocked with quality items. A very pleasurable stay!"

"We enjoyed our stay. We did some site seeing but enjoyed being at the cabin. The weather was not the best for a camp fire, the wood fired hot tub was enjoyable in the cooler misty weather. Property is clean, well kept, family friendly!!"

"We had 8 fantastic days. Allen is a perfect host. All our questions or problems were answered immediately. The beaches were great especially our dog loved it. The boats and the SUP were great, we would be happy to come again. "
