Newly built, modern lake house is a perfect family-friendly getaway. The neighborhood is still under construction with unpaved roads and neighboring houses still being built. Nestled by a 15 acre private lake with a pristine sandy beach, you`ll have endless opportunities for water fun. Enjoy cozy evenings around the gas fire pit, or unwind in the hot tub under the stars. With its stylish interiors, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living areas, Sunset Serenity is designed for comfort and connivence.

*A $500 security deposit is required five (5) days prior to check-out. This deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.

Sunset lake is a catch and release fish farm so fishing without a license is allowed on our lake. While the area is still growing, with some nearby homes under construction, the ambiance remains calm and inviting, ideal for unwinding by the water or enjoying nearby trails and outdoor activities. Whether you`re here to relax or explore, this lakeside community promises a welcoming, up-and-coming atmosphere perfect for a getaway.

Our home is located just half a mile from Castle Rock Lake, the fourth-largest lake in Wisconsin, spanning an impressive 14,000 acres. Castle Rock Lake is a paradise for fishing enthusiasts, with class A musky fishing along with walleye, bass, panfish, and perch in abundance. For those who love water sports, there are nearby rentals for boats and other power equipment to maximize your lake experience. When it’s time to unwind, explore an array of fantastic restaurants, Winery, Breweries or unwind at several local golf courses or State parks. Plus, the excitement of Wisconsin Dells is just a 34-minute drive away, perfect for a day trip filled with fun and adventure.

• The hot tub is cleaned and sanitized before every guest stay. All posted hot tub rules must be followed - any activity resulting in extra cleaning will result in a $150 fine
• Swimming is at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.
• If you use the gas grill please clean to avoid a $50 cleaning fee
• No burning any garbage, paper or other items in our gas fire-pit (coming summer 2025)
