What you don’t see in the pictures is the extremely busy road you have to cross to access the lake. It was a nightmare dragging the kayaks down the steep and long driveway, across the state route ..."

"Great get-away house on the lake. There are a lot of stairs to be mindful of if you have elderly. I don’t think you can get around that with most houses on Candlewood lake. Views from patio and dock were fantastic, especially at sunset. Upstairs desk made it easy to work remote from."
