Best of ALL worlds, two minutes from town and beach on and mere minutes from everything else in the area and on a very quiet dead end street.

2 Master Suites both with seating areas with TV's, fireplaces and Huge Spa Bathrooms with oversize showers (with handicap rails), oversize Jacuzzi tubs and double sinks. Both Master Suites have their own deck with private entry.

Four Seasons Room with TV and queen size sofa bed.

Huge Rear and Front Decks, Handicap Accessible front deck with pergola, Rear deck number 2, table and 4 chairs/umbrella and huge back deck (number 1) with big outdoor 6 to 8 seat dinning table and umbrella.

Beautifully Furnished, Very Comfortable (homeowner left all their good furniture and mattresses, it's our actual home).

Quiet dead end street with nature trails through the beautiful mature forest just down the street next to the elementary school playgrounds.

Slate tile floors throughout with Asian Carpets throughout. Beautiful Oak floors in the bedrooms also with Asian Carpets.

Plenty of off street parking right in front on newer poured concrete driveway.

Designated Nature Trail Forest one city block away and all forest in the back yard. Dead end street with only 3 houses, very quiet and secluded yet walking distance to nearly everything in New Buffalo. (or a very short drive to everything and everywhere else as well)
Union Pier, Sawyer, Bridgman, Three Oaks, wineries, breweries, distilleries, beaches, shopping, antiquing, water sports, golfing, tennis and basketball and pickleball courts, a skate park, Township Park with playground, splash pad and free live music on Wednesdays with food truck. Also, in town kayak, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, sunset cruises and much more.

Making memories over Memorial Day weekend

The pool! The hot tub! Pogo stick races in the front driveway, making s’mores in the fire pitt. St. Mary’s Festival, delicious breweries, the Oink ice cream shop, and the very best VRBO host in Michigan made this weekend a core memory for our families. Thank you for a perfect stay. Great stay in New Buffalo

The property is exactly as it is described in the listing. I stayed there with my immediate family of 4, my brother's family, and my elderly mother. 5 grown ups and 4 kids ranging from 8-15. The space has very good common areas for hanging out, and the backyard/pool area is phenomenal. We spent much of the week just hanging out because the space was so conducive to it. Great host - super helpful at check in and throughout our stay. We are already considering staying here again for our trip again next year as we had such a nice time.

Fabulous week in New Buffalo

We were six adults and one infant. Lots of room for all of us. Great pool and hot tub. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Owner very attentive. Easy walk to town, beach is 1.5 mile walk or quick drive. Also enjoyed kayaking nearby. You do need to bring your own shampoo, paper towels, and own ground coffee, and any condiments, etc.

Annual family stay

The house had a lot of positive things. Loved having 2 washers and dryers for our multi generation family. The pool was beautiful. The general vibe was of staying at grandmas house, which is fine. Decor did not reflect a lake vacation in any way. The yard was seriously in need of care. Weeds were overtaking any landscaping. In general the outdoor spaces needed some attention, including the deck and all of the empty planters. And indoor wooden furniture used outdoors? But the house was very clean. Great spaces for family to gather.

Great house in New Buffalo

This is a great & unique property. The open plan house is really spacious and welcoming. The pool and hot tub just wonderful in a very private back yard. 20 minute walk to the Main Street in New Buffalo & beach (or a few minutes drive). Lake Michigan is beautiful. Some really good places to eat in town. Super place for a week! Brad was very helpful & friendly, responsive any time we reached out.

Annual family 4th of July vacation

Our multigenerational family spends the 4th of July together every year usually at a local state park or at a beach on the gulf. This year we decided to go North to Michigan because of friends’ recommendations. We found this house on VRBO and we loved it. The house was perfect for our family and the pool was great. We used the fire pit . The owner was most helpful. We enjoyed each restaurant that he recommended. Hopefully, we will return.

Family Vacation

Our family ages 7 through 81 enjoyed our week staying on this property. The owner was very cooperative answering our questions about the property and town of New Buffalo. The home is very large with lots of furniture making everyone comfortable. The large pool was the highlight. We enjoyed the fire pit making s'mores. New Buffalo beach was close and enjoyed by all. Lots of restaurants with good food choices. Thanks.

New Buffalo Michigan vacation

The house and the pool were great. Everything was clean and ready for us. We had 3 generations in the house. 6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 11year olds. Brad showed us around the house and gave us pool cover instructions and since we had rain when we arrived heset the pump up and showed us how to use it and open and close the cover. We got a lot of use of the pool. Brad also helped us set up the sun room for the 5th bedroom. We were all very comfortable in the house with 10 of us. We were just a couple of minutes from town where there was some great shops and restaurants as well as a very nice beach. We were only a short drive to other towns and sites like the dunes. All in all a very nice house and pool in a good location.

New Buffalo

Brad's house is a very nice, large home. Enough room for a large family or several families. The house is within walking distance of downtown New Buffalo and is also a short drive to a very nice public beach. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the kids loved it. The water in the pool was nicely heated and we spent a lot of time swimming. Unfortunately there were no pool towels and we had to go out and purchase some, even tho the listing said pool towels were provided. There is a nice gas grill on the deck that we used, however some of the dishes, forks, knives, and pots were not very clean and had to be washed before using them. The bedrooms are nice with two large suites that worked well for our children and grandchildren. Both of the suites had large bathrooms and tubs. There are also two washers and dryers which were very helpful for keeping everything clean, especially with the small children. Brad is a very nice host!

Yay New Buffalo!

The week my family and I spent at this house was wonderful! The house if very spacious and well appointed. There were lots of towels and sheets, comforters, and pillows for all. The beds were comfy and large. There were even very large, colorful pool towels. The pool was great! My four grandsons spent morning to night in it. The automatic cover made it so easy for us to open and close. The hot tub was also another favorite. It was big enough for all of us to be in it at once, if we wanted to. There was also a big fire pit in the backyard with lots of chairs and a safety grate, so at the end of the night, we didn’t have to worry about the fire. We had many yummy smores there! The house is really well located. It was very easy to get off the highway and be there in moments. There’s a big Meijer not far, but a lovely town grocery store too. The public beach is very nice, big, and well maintained and close by. There are many great places to eat nearby. We frequented Oinks three times during our stay – delicious! Also, the Beer Church was fun with incredible food – could highly recommend. Brad was a wonderful host. He checked in with us frequently and made it even easier by texting. Getting into the house was easy with the code which Brad provided. He is rightfully proud of his home and we were welcomed and felt at home there.

Summer Fun

This is a stunning home - extremely large and welcoming. Plenty of room for everyone to be together or have privacy. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are lavish. The pool is extraordinary- well cared for, clean, perfect temperature. The hot tub fits 7 for relaxing together. There is outdoor furniture throughout the yard - no need to carry chairs from place to place. The fire pit provides a great place for conversation and s’mores! All in all this is a heavenly spot for a wonderful vacation!
