"We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. "Days Inn by Wyndham Berlin Meriden is one of the nicest hotels l've ever stayed at. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were so nice and welcoming. I was greeted with prosecco! YAY! "I was extremely disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The microwave was unclean, and my children were subjected racial profiling by another guest. When my daughter brought this to the attention of the staff, she was met with a dismissive attitude, which is unacceptable.
