Hummingbird Hideaway is an ideal 4 bedroom, 4 bath vacation getaway on Canyon Lake waterfront, complete with swimming pool and hot tub!

Why settle for anything other than the best for your next Hill Country vacation? Hummingbird Hideaway checks all the boxes for luxury, style, comfort, and convenience. This home is ideally arranged to host your upcoming gathering of friends and family. Upstairs, the home offers an equipped kitchen stocked with all cooking and dining essentials, large living area, and deck access where you can enjoy outdoor dining while taking in the sweeping lake views. The master suite, complete with king bed, deck access, and a large, luxurious, attached bathroom, is also upstairs. The second bedroom with a queen bed and an additional attached bathroom is also upstairs. Downstairs, you'll find the game room with ping pong table, the third bedroom (king bed) and fourth bedroom (with twin-over-full bunk beds). There are also 2 additional full bathrooms conveniently located downstairs.

Step outdoors and prepare to be greeted by the beautiful patio, swimming pool, and outdoor kitchen space- you won't be disappointed. Follow the steps into the fenced backyard to let the kids run free and to enjoy the native flowers and plants. After all, spending time outdoors is what a Hill Country vacation is all about! A short, 2 minute walk from the backyard grants convenient access to Canyon Lake, where you can fish, swim, float, or simply bring a lawn chair to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds at the water's edge.

****PLEASE NOTE: Water levels in Canyon Lake fluctuate due to drought and other environmental factors. While we strive to provide accurate information, lake conditions can change and may impact water access at this property.

This house has all the amenities you need. The house was very clean and well finished. During our stay, we visited San Antionio’s Riverwalk, golfed, went to Sea World and visited Wimberly. We enjoyed the pool: however, the only negative was the pool sweeper/vacuum is to be left in the pool at all times. Hot tub was very nice and the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property and well accommodating for eight adults. We came to town two days prior to the wedding and enjoyed some girl time, then the happy couple returned for their wedding night in the gorgeous master suite.

This home was perfect for our family of 8! It was clean, comfortable and felt like home immediately. We cooked together and enjoyed the views, the birds and the deer; and of course the pool and hot tub. We hope to return to this place again in the future. My husband and kids rented this house for a long weekend in October. The house was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and spacious. We loved the hot tub and ping pong table but didn't use the pool much as it was a bit chilly for our liking. Communication with the property manager was easy qnd they were very responsive to texts. Overall, we had an amazing time and hope to visit again sometime.

The house is even better than the descriptions, 3 girlfriends on a 5 day trip. We had a problem with one of the TVs, the mgmt company took care of it very quickly. A very nice time and house is well stocked with everything you need. We will definitely rent this house again.

This is a fantastic house! Game room with pool access on the bottom floor with the kids rooms, made for a perfect stay. Kids were able to play games and be as loud as they wanted without disturbing us sleeping upstairs. Rooms are all well equipped, TVs comfortable beds. AC works fantastic and the fireplaces are a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed the patio areas and upstairs dining table. My only complaint is a small one. The floors were not cleaned properly. Bring house slippers, I looked for a mop. Couldn't find anything. But that's my only complaint, kitchen was well stocked. And the bathrooms, are all very clean. It's just the travertine floors on the main floor that needed a better clean. We will definitely stay again. This was a fantastic home. Lake view is gorgeous! Highly recommend.

We stayed for Mother's Day weekend and it was absolutely perfect. We had a hiccup with the coded but the property management responded fairly quickly and got us in. This house is not lacking in any area. It is perfect for families big and small. We loved our stay and plan on coming back next year. The hot tub was amazing.
