"We booked though Expedia. They never sent reservation to the hotel. No rooms available. No help from either place. Un expectable and very disappointed. I don't think I will ever book though Expedia again."

"The only good things I can say are that the check-in was quick and the room, though obviously old, was clean. Upon arrival it looked poorly maintained from the outside but I have stayed in some low cost hotels and that isn't a deal breaker for me. We go in and are advised that there is no continental breakfast as there restaurant was being renovated. Sucked because it was one of the reasons I booked there. "We really enjoyed our stay but the staff made an error I need to report. We checked in early (3PM) and were assigned a room. It was fine but when my son checked in with his family (4 people) at 10, we discovered that we were assigned his room. We have the same name. However, the room we were assigned had 2 queen beds and the room he was assigned had 1 king bed. It was impossible for him to accept that room because it was not possible to sleep 4 people in one king size bed. So, at 10:30 PM...

"Very decent place considering the price! We stayed for sonic temple so we spent more time outside of the hotel than we did in it. It is a comfortable place to stay! The area is nice, and the staff were friendly when we interacted with them. The main room was quite cleanly however the bathroom could use a little work, and the bathroom door did not work correctly but it wasn't a problem as I was staying with my partner."

"One of my better hotel stays. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean and well maintained rooms, pool area well lighted and maintained. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in variety and quality. The location was very convenient with access to major highways, the Port Columbus airport and hotel shuttle service for the airport (which I did not need or use but helpful for those who would need that). Very spacious room with comfortable bed and both soft and firm pillows. There are local dining...

"Terrible experience from start to finish. We arrived at the hotel around 6 AM after driving for 8 hours. We originally booked a large room with two beds for me, my mom, and my two sisters. When we got there, the front desk told us the room we booked was “not available” and gave us a king room with a sofa bed instead. Since we were exhausted, we accepted it for the night. The room was disgusting. The smell of cigarette smoke was extremely strong, like people had been smoking in there for days....
