"We booked though Expedia. They never sent reservation to the hotel. No rooms available. No help from either place. Un expectable and very disappointed. I don't think I will ever book though Expedia again."

"Very clean room, great towels, clean bathroom, comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and professional. No free breakfast… Starbucks bar on site. Convenient restaurants nearby."

"Very decent place considering the price! We stayed for sonic temple so we spent more time outside of the hotel than we did in it. It is a comfortable place to stay! The area is nice, and the staff were friendly when we interacted with them. The main room was quite cleanly however the bathroom could use a little work, and the bathroom door did not work correctly but it wasn't a problem as I was staying with my partner."

"Terrible experience from start to finish. We arrived at the hotel around 6 AM after driving for 8 hours. We originally booked a large room with two beds for me, my mom, and my two sisters. When we got there, the front desk told us the room we booked was “not available” and gave us a king room with a sofa bed instead. Since we were exhausted, we accepted it for the night. The room was disgusting. The smell of cigarette smoke was extremely strong, like people had been smoking in there for days....

"Our room was super dirty, there was only one staff and he didn’t offer us any help. He didn’t want to change our room, nor clean it and he was mean. Our room had red stains on the floor, there was hair everywhere and dirt, old keys in the room and the bath was yellow. The premises look abandoned, there’s probably mold everywhere and we almost got stuck on the elevator. The guy driving the AirPort shuttle was going 60 in a 30 mph area, and cutting cars and it was actually scary."

There wasn’t a closet and the bathroom sink table was duck taped. The place is in need of some repairs. The ice machine also didn’t work."

"This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. The whole place had an awful odor to it, the room itself was not very clean and was missing the mini fridge. And, to top it off, there were a ton of ants. By the heater, on the nightstand, on the desk, you name it. After all that, Expedia refused to do a full refund. Don’t use Expedia and never stay at this hotel."

"The room was dirty. The microwave wouldn't open after use, you had to unplug it to get the door open. They were repaving the parking lots, so some people had to park on the street. There was no water for a whole day. Overall it was not good and I would not recommend it."
