The romantic old town of Neustadt is also within walking distance, and a stroll through it makes it hard to choose just one of the many wine bars and restaurants.
The charming neighboring wine villages are also easily accessible by public transportation. Whether hiking, leisurely cycling, road biking, or mountain biking—the German Wine Route offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation, recreation, and exercise.

Attractive day-trip destinations offer a variety of historical, cultural, architectural, and culinary experiences: Strasbourg, Alsace, Baden-Baden, Speyer, Landau, Karlsruhe, Mannheim, and Heidelberg are all within easy reach and can be easily accessed by public transportation.

With a separate entrance and a private terrace area featuring a grill, this vacation home is designed exclusively for guests. Spanning 140 m² across two floors, it is part of a historic, listed property.
The vacation apartment was tastefully renovated in 2022. This blend of history, modernity, and style, combined with its generous amenities, invites you to enjoy a longer, relaxing stay.

Both bedrooms—one with a private bathroom featuring a toilet, rain shower, and en suite bath, and the other with a nearby toilet and shower—are furnished with double beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped: induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, toaster, capsule coffee maker, drip coffee maker, electric kettle for tea, and a fridge-freezer combo.
The dining room, with a table for 6 people, adjoins the kitchen and connects to the living room and the terrace.

The 32m² living room features a Smart TV, a dedicated music stream connected to a hi-fi system, and cozy seating with access to the terrace and a view of the garden.

The patio area, furnished with garden furniture and a grill, offers a view of the garden with mature trees.

Two parking spaces—one of which is covered—and a bike shed round out the amenities of this vacation oasis.
