"I had a lovely stay in Stern am Rathaus. Highlights were an excellent breakfast and extra details made by the cleaning staff (such as hanging up my coat and hat for me). One point to note is that the cathedral bells are quite loud, though it wasn't a disturbance."

Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist mir der Umgang des Personals mit den Gästen: unfreundlich, launisch, arrogant und wenig lösungsorientiert. "The location was great close to the cathedral. Only one complaint. As you know Europe does not typically use wash clothes so I brought my own. Arriving in the room I was happy to see there actually were wash clothes in the bathroom. Yet after the first room service the wash clothes were removed, including my own, and never replenished. I asked at the front desk but this was never adjusted or explained. So my learning experience is if you bring your own wash cloth make sure it is not white so it...

"Unique rooms filled with character! Super cool and immersive. However, the bathroom is only separated by a panel of glass from the bed. So privacy could be a challenge if you are travelling with friends or co workers. A heads up to those travelling in the summer, there is no AC at the hotel but there is a fan in the room to help cool down. Location wise, it is great! Everything is walking distance, very convenient."
