"We unsuccessfully tried to print our room keys at the check in kiosk, but it was malfunctioning, little did we know . We stood there about 15 minutes trying to figure out what we were doing wrong, then we called the main office. Someone came out about 20- 25 minutes later and officially told us that it wasn't working. They proceeded to go to the office to activate keys for us and others who came in after. "This apartment was perfect in every way! It was about 10 minute walk to the light rail station, the bus station, and the main train station. Its less than 15 minutes walk to the waterfront area which has all the main tourist attractions. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I was in the ground floor two bedroom apartment. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet and walkable. There is a grocery store and a convenience store within a couple of blocks. It has washer and dryer, full kitchen,...

"The view! Absolutely stunning!
After a steep climb to reach the apartment, we arrived to the door step loaded with garbage. At first we assumed it must be garbage day but that was not the case. The garbage remained there during our entire stay. The main door and entry was was covered with cob webs. It was not an inviting first impression.
We made our way to apartment 202. It was clean and comfortable. It had everything required for a good night sleep.
