Pillows were a tad uncomfortable but the Hotel was fantastic. Our room was huge and very comfortable indeed. Excellent staff. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Liverpool. Spacious rooms with terrace, right on the canal , breakfast was lovely , we also had steak in the Evening was delicious,very easy access to the town , and if you wanted a taxi you just pressed the button and it was outside in 5 min
